Raising and Improving Self Sufficiency Expectations (R.I.S.E.) Program

The goal of the R.I.S.E. Program is to assist motivated individuals and families to progress towards economic stability and self-sufficiency via way of employment. The way that we accomplish this is by providing support services such as: case management, college education, job skills training, credit management workshops, childcare assistance, limited transportation assistance, and other services to eligible customers, based upon need and availability of resources.
